Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. Every plan renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. To subscribe, open the app, sign in or create an account, choose Account, pick a plan and tick the agreement box. You then pay on Stripe's own page; JRNS never sees your card.
Before you subscribe
Yes. Open Account, then Manage subscription, and cancel there. Pro stays on until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Your account and everything you saved stay as they are. Only the AI tutor turns off. Everything else in JRNS was always free.
If you write to JRNSDeck@outlook.com within 7 days of a charge, you get a full refund of that charge. After that, a period that has already been paid for is not refunded. Any refund rights the law gives you are not affected. The Terms of Use have the details.
The person who runs JRNS, and the company that hosts it, can read the study data saved to an account, so leave out anything you would not want them to see. Your card details and email address go to Stripe on its own payment page, not to JRNS. What you send to the tutor goes to Anthropic to be answered. The Privacy page has the details.
No. You type it on Stripe's payment page. JRNS stores only a subscription's status, plan and dates.
No. The tutor is an AI model and can be wrong. It is not a nurse, an instructor or medical advice. Check anything that matters against your course materials, the drug label and your facility's policy, and never use it to decide a real patient's care.
